Tough period for Jagan in January!

All is not well for YS Jagan Mohan Reddy in new year. As per the sources, Enforcement Directorate will start inquiry on Jagan illegal assets case in third week of January. ED mainly focused on inundate investments from Mauritius to his brief case companies. YS Jagan face allegations on getting illegal investments from Mauritius. Jagan getting stay order against ED attachment on his properties. Court gives 45 days relief to him on ED attachment.

Barring stay order, ED wants to speed-up trail on Jagan from third week of this month on wards. The investigating agency may asked Jagan to come for daily trail in this regard. There is no surprise even if ED go for arrest Jagan and Vijay Sai during the investigation. If that will happened their Parliament and Assembly memberships would nullified. He is the only political leader in the country who were not arrested even after ED filed cases.

It seems that Jagan would face tough period in 2017. TDP demands Narendra Modi's election promise on elimination of political corrupted leaders in 2014 elections. After demonitization decision, Modi will pay his attention on cases filed against corrupted leaders in the country. TDP MP's delegation were expressed their unwillingness on progress of cases against YS Jagan.
