CPI Narayana and Vijaya Sai Reddy did but CBN can't...

Political scene has slowly changed in Andhra Pradesh politics. Rift between TDP and BJP widens after Gujarat election results. Some of the state BJP leaders raised their voice against TDP and  Chief Minister Chandra Babu Naidu. BJP Government has regularly asking questions on construction of Copper Dam in Polavaram project or not. Nitin Gadkari has postponed his tour to Polavaram to January 22nd. This causes further delay in giving water through Spill way as promised by Chief Minister.

People have in opinion that BJP government intentionally created problems to Polavaram and other assurances given in Act to AP. CBN was tried for Prime Minister Narendra Modi's appointment several times but PMO office just ignored CBN request.  Even CPI leader Narayana too met Prime Minister Modi along with D. Raja. But surprisingly YSRCP leader Vijay Sai Reddy got appointment of Narendra Modi and duo discussed 30 minutes as per media sources.

What is there to discuss with Vijay Sai Reddy for Prime Minister Narendra Modi? Did PM really such a relax time to discuss with Vijay Sai? YSRCP was not it's allay. It seems that BJP has changed it's calculations on AP. TDP too changed it's voice against BJP. Though two of it's MPs exist in Modi Cabinet, TDP dared to introduce two private bills against BJP Government. Rammohan Naidu introduced bill for separate Railway Zone and Gall Jayadev wants Special Status in Parliament. Political equations might change before 2019 elections.

Difference between DELETE and TRUNCATE

This is the common interview question for every SQL Developer and DBA position. DELETE TRUNCATE DML (Data Manipulation Language) Command. DDL (Data Definition Language) Command. It can be rollback. It can't be rollback. Using DELETE we can remove some or all records from the table. We can use WHERE clause with it. Using TRUNCATE we can remove all records from the table at once. We can't use WHERE clause with it. DELETE command is slow in performance. TRUNCATE command is super faster in performance. All deleted Triggers fire on DELETE command. No Trigger can be fired on TRUNCATE command. DELETE can't reset high water mark. TRUNCATE can reset high water mark. DELETE can't release the space from the table. TRUNCATE can release the space from the table.
