In recent past, many Tollywood actors joined in YSRCP. It seems that joining in YSRCP becomes passion to Tolywood. TDP made an allegation that TRS is the reason behind their joining in YSRCP. But in reality, not all actors were successful except MGR, NTR and Jayalalitha. People have belief and trust on them.
Krishna lost his credibility after losing his election in Eluru in 1991. Chiranjeevi was lost in his own district in 2009 elections. Balakrishna who was elected from Hindupur in 2014 is struggling for to repeat the victory now. As per the buzz, Pavan has no gurantee in getting victory in two segments. But Media gave lot of importance at the time of joining in YSRCP. The main intention here is that YSRCP and TRS have created opinion that Tollywood industry supporting Jagan but not CBN and Pavan. Posani was lost deposit as PRP candidate in 2009 election from Chilakaluripet Segment.
It’s interesting that none of the above will contest in General Elections from YSRCP. It seems they have limited to election campaign. He always targeted CBN and made caste based allegation on CBN. Everyone knows Mohan Babu’s attitude. When we are discussing about Chinni Krishna, how many voters will know him. He has just two Blockbusters in early 2000’s. Beyond that, Chinni Krishna didn’t play much role in Tollywood. We know comedian Ali met all three party leaders in a day and later he joined in YSRCP. Who will pay their attention on Posani, Mohan Babu, Ali and Chinni Krishna’s words in campaign? Did they capable to influence the voters? We will see on May 23rd how much benefit would Jagan gets.
