Pongal season is the crazy season for Tollywood producers to make money from their films. Most of the biggies are trying to fix their films for every pongal season. This time Balakrishna's Jai Simha and Pavan's Agnathawasi were in competition for this Pongal. Agnathavasi was released two days before Jai Simha. Telugu audience and distributors have showed their interest towards Pavan's film rather than Balakrishna's. Hardly less than 18 months to go for general elections in Andhra Pradesh, political leaders are searching for their confirmed berths to contest for Assembly. TDP and YSRCP are seems to main rivals for next elections. But Pavan Kalyan's Jana Sena too made it's mark in AP politics to attract political leaders from TDP and YSRCP.
