Just Two members taken TDP Membership in KCR segment

For every two years, TDP is conducting membership drive across four southern states. Party leaders in Two Telugu states have taken this programme as seriously as they can to sustain hold in their segments. Last time, TDP membership increased to 50 lacs in across two Telugu states. TDP General Secretary Lokesh was proudly announced that TDP is the family of 50 lakh members. This time demonetization decision strikes hardly for membership drive.

Party was seriously to increase the number from 50 to 75 but unfortunately demonetization not helped to reach target. After increasing the deadline for membership drive, TDP was hardly reached 50 lakh figure in two states. In TG, it's almost less than 5 lakh against to 10 lakh last time. In Gajwel which is KCR's own segment, only two joined as TDP members. This is really shocking to TDP cadre in Medak district.

TDP incharge Onteru Pratapa Reddy gave explanation to Revanth Reddy this was happened because of involving his daughter marriage. Last time 18K were joined in TDP from Gajwel. TDP leaders from North Telangana districts were not paid their attention on membership drive when compared to Southern districts.
