Can Roja enters into new Assembly?

Nandigama incident raised AP Politics before budget sessions start from March 03rd. Actress Roja was suspended for one year after making vulgar comments against TDP MLA Anita. The ban period was comes to an end. TDP passed the resolution in the Assembly on Roja which was still not cleared. TDP demands open apology from Roja for her remarks against SC MLA. Now it is million dollar question can Speaker Kodela Siva Prasad allowed her into new Assembly. As per the sources, Roja can't allowed into Assembly until she apologized in the assembly to TDP MLA.
