Police issued arrest warrant to Gurnath Reddy on capturing public plot in Ananthapuram. Gurnath Reddy and his brothers named as accused in Police charge-sheet. In this deal, both seller and buyer have collusion with Gurnath Reddy to capture the government property. Sarvepalli MLA Kakani will now in trouble to escape arrest for making false allegations on TDP senior leader Somereddy. Govardhan Reddy reached Apex court after failing his attempts to get anticipatory bail from District Court and High Court as well. Somireedy filed police complaint on Kakani and demand Kakani to prove wrong allegations against him. Kakani failed to prove his allegations and is now trying to escape arrest.
Another MLA Aalla went to Supreme Court on vote-to-note case against Chandra Babu Naidu and Apex court took his petition. Aalla submitted wrong education details to Election Commission in 2014 general elections. Aalla was mentioned in affidavit that he earned MA in Political Science in 1993 from Mysore Open University. The interesting fact here is that Mysore Open University was opened in 1996 but MLA claimed that her education was completed in 1993. This fake certificate is circulating among Social Media. Jagan was made satire "Physics in B.Com" on TDP MLA but what he certified his MLA with fake education details.
