How can "Z" category Chandra Babu escaped 4 hours?

After AOB (Andhra Odissa Boarder) encounter, Maoists openly warned AP Chandrababu Naidu for revenge. Maoists feel that CBN was the reason for their set back in AOB in 2016. On the other hand, Intelligence Bureau alert AP Police on security of Chandra Babu at Delhi Bhavan and Press Conference. Last week, Intelligence Bureau suggested CBN not to travel in Delhi Metro. CBN has provide "Z" Plus category security. He is the third politician after L.K.Advani and Jayalalitha in India having Black Commandos Security.

CBN landed in India on May 12th in Delhi after completion of his 7 days US tour. As usual, YSRCP media started speculations on whereabouts of Chandra Babu? SAKSHI was telecasts what Chandra is doing in Delhi for 4 hours. As per the gossips, CBN sent Yenamala and Parakala back to Vijayawada and CBN spend 4 hours secretly in Delhi. YSRCP was really in assumption that CBN was inquired on various leaders and officials on recent meeting of Jagan with Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Coming to realty, CBN was reportedly met two Saudi based Airbus Aramco CEO in Delhi. Aramco has planned to set it's venture in Ananthapur. AP Officials was recently completed delegations with Aramco officials. Aramco itself wants AP Government to keep the meeting details in secret. Reportedly, Aramco CEO had no time to visit Amaravathi on discussions so that he met CBN in Delhi. At the same time, Aramco meet CBN secretly fearing that their meeting would impact Stock Exchanges. Police was commented that media doesn't know about "Z" plus security policies. He said that person have Z Plus Security had no chance to escape without security. The secret meeting details were disclosed once after finalization of Aramco project in Ananthapur.
