From Srikakulam to Ananthapur, everywhere the YSRCP political
wave exists in Andhra Pradesh. YSRCP has dominated every district with Maximum
number of Assembly segments over TDP in 13 districts of AP.
In 2014, TDP bagged 12 Assembly segments including Two
Parliament segments in Anathapur district where as YSRCP won just 2 Segments in
the district. First time Ananthapur district people gave rude shock to TDP.
Everyone has agreed that development done drastically in last 5 years in
Ananthapur district but why people not to cast their vote to TDP is million
dollar question. The only saving grace in Anathapur district is Hindupur
Assembly segment.
Nandamuri Balakrishna once again showed tremendous performance
and won the Hindupur people consent. He won first time to Hindupur Assembly
over 16K majority in 2014 and now he is continuing his dominance in Hindupur
Segment. Result is yet to come but it’s almost last round in counting. He is
already gained more than 52% of total votes polled in Hindupur. Balayya is likely
to win Hindupur once again around 15K majority over YSRCP nominee. Hindupur
result surprises many. It is the only segment that TDP retains in 2019. He not
only saved the party from disgusting defeat but to retain his father legacy in
the segment. Fans and Cadre called him as “Okka Magadu”.
