Since Prime Minister Narender Modi announced Demonetisation on November 08th people and political leaders acted in same manner. It's really hard to lay man who don't have any unaccounted or black money for getting money from ATMs/Banks to meet one's regular expenditure. The two Telugu state Governments were reacted differently.
Telangana Chief Minister KCR rushed towards Governor ESL Narasimhan and briefed financial situation in Telagana state after Modi decision in scrapping old 1000/- and 500/- notes. Next day after Modi's announcement, Telugu Dailies published that KCR was not happy with Demonetisation decision. After each passing day, Telangana Ministers raise their voice against decision. For political interests of TRS in Telangana, KCR has not dared to lamblast Prime Minister Modi directly on Demonetisation. Now he landed Delhi to meet Modi directly on state financial situation. Of Course! KCR's problem understandable. Hyderabad is the only main source of revenue for entire 31 districts of Telangana.
On the other hand, KCR's AP counterpart CBN claims that TDP demand Demonetisation of 1000/- and 500/- notes to eradicate black money since 2008 onwards. CBN questioned NDA government on introduction of new 2000/- note into circulation. Babu wants cashless transactions in the state. CBN was conducted daily review meeting with officials and bankers on problems after Demonetisation. He asked bankers to issue Rupay cards to meet regular expenses. CBN has a plan to introduce e-pos machines for the sake of the people. Babu feels this would overcome the problem's to some extent. CBN wrote letter to RBI Governor for the required amount with denomination to meet people demands in AP. It's interesting that Telugu Chief Ministers responded differently on common problem (Demonetisation).
