KCR offer 50% salaries to TG employees for December?

Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao feel inconvenience on Modi decision of scrapping of old 500/- and 1000/- notes. KCR rushed away towards Governor Narasimhan and explained all his financial worries with scrapping of old notes. Every state is suffering the same situation in India. Why KCR only found fault on Modi Decision? Income from all Departments (Stamps & Registration and Excise duty) fall down to 50% since 5 days in Telangana state.

From 9th onwards TG Government received just 30 lakhs out of targeted 15 crores revenue through Stamps and Registrations. To counter the situation, KCR is in thought of offer 25% to 50% of salary to all Government employees for December month. This make direct impact on 3.5 lakh Government employees. In addition to that, TG Government will pay 2500 crores to the Pensioners. As per the official sources, Full salary to Government employees will not possible for December month.

Adding fuel to fire, grants from Union Government to Telangana Government reduced and received just 480 crores in November month. Financial officials informed to KCR that state would not received more than 4k crores in November. 1100 crores to employee salaries and 2500 crores to Pensions to Government employees and old age scheme. KCR is planned to deduct 50% of salary and assure to the employees to pay after Government received full income. Government employees co-operate in getting the formation of Telangana state. Have they co-operate to KCR now?
