Heat waves are still continuing in Telugu States even after
second week of June. Power cuts are
inevitable to the people of Andhra Pradesh which is considered as the most surplus
power state in southern India.
His efforts made the AP as surplus power state. His
government didn’t raise the power charges since two years even APGENCO proposed
to do so. It seems the situation has changed in AP. Electricity Power cuts are
regularly happened in nights. People are came outside and demand for continuous
power supply. People from Rajahmundry and Kurnool disgusted on irregular power
cuts and protests in front of local sub stations. Rajahmundry people have suffered
with power cuts and shouted against
Jagan Govt for its inability in maintaining
power supply two hours at late night on June 09th.
People from Kurnool haven’t digested for postponing the
operations in Govt hospitals because of lack of Power supply. There is no power
in Govt hospitals in Kurnool. Some of the people blames that Jagan gave surplus
power to KCR. There is rumor that AP gave power to Telangana with cheaper
rates. This is purely political allegation. It seems that south west monsoons are
getting delayed. Agriculture season is getting started in this month. YSRCP
Govt should pay its attention on power supply.
