Is HCL dropped Vijayawada campus?

New Chief Minister of AP YS Jagan is seriously looking towards land allotments to various companies and educational institutes in and around CRDA region.

Former Chief Minister CBN invited the well-known IT giant like HCL and Universities like Vellore Information Technology (VIT) and SRM and offered land with cheap rates encouraged them to establish them in Amaravathi. We heard many stories before HCL agreed to come to Vijayawada. CBN and Lokesh keep the news of establishing HCL in Vijayawada till last minute.

AP Govt has forced to agree 29 Acres of prime land opposite to Gannavaram Airport IT giant HCL. 290 acres allotted to Vellore Information Technology (VIT) and SRM educational Universities. Both these have famous reputed educational institutions in Tamilnadu and gave their consent after making many delegations with CBN while establishing their campuses in Vijayawada.Academic sessions are also started in two institutes Jagan blames that land allotment in CRDA region is big scam and his government is looking towards all these irregularities as soon as possible.

HCL start their work in allotted land and also conducting campus drives in Engineering Colleges in and around Guntur and Vijayawada.Jagan's decision on realty of land allotment might forced HCL to reconsider on establishment of it's campus in Vijayawada. YSRCP leaders raised doubts does really 29 acres required for HCL? How many Jobs will the IT Giant created so far? In the same way, they created doubts on VIT and SRM allotment. HCL has not completed it's infrastructure in complete 29 acres. Reportedly, HCL officials might withdraw their plan to establishing campus in Vijayawada.

Please check the photo. It was in 1994 after TDP regains power in AP. Bhuma Nagi Reddy and SV Subba Reddy (father of Shobha Nagi Reddy) were met NTR along with their families. Bhuma Nagi Reddy was elected first time to Assembly as TDP candidate from Allagadda in 1992 bye-election. Again he was elected as MLA from same constituency in 1994 as TDP candidate.
