Caste War Before Roja!

Nagiri YSRCP MLA first time came to Nagiri after taking the charge of Chairman of Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (APIIC).

YSRCP leaders and cadre made arrangements to felicitate their leader in grand manner. Two groups in YSRCP are divided and made their arrangements separately that causes confusion among the cadre. Roja reached AJS Function Hall along with her husband Selvamani and other YSRCP leaders in open top vehicle.

Disturbance was started when YSRCP booth committee Chairman Chandra Reddy invited Roja and Selvamani to the dais. Nagiri Former Municipal Chairman KJ Kumar and Santhi shouted against the other group members and rushed towards dais. KJ Kumar said that he was invited first Roja from TDP into YSRCP. Roja family members involved in party and administrative affairs and ignored real YSRCP cadre. He also said that he will complain against Roja family members.

Nagiri Municipal Vice-Chairman KJ Santhi said that people from all community elected Roja but not one particular caste and community. Now Roja gave importance to one particular caste and neglected the others. Selvamani tried to console the agitators and said that we have no such discrimination and all people are equal for us. Finally! Roja said that every party member has close relations with her and all disputes will sort out within Nagiri YSRCP.
