Does YSRCP Govt really withdraw 150 crores from CRDA A/C?

Capital Region Development Authority (CRDA) was formed 4 years back aiming to develop the Capital region in Krishna and Guntur districts.
TDP Govt mobilized and deposited the amount in the name CRDA. It disperses the money to the farmers on monthly basis as per the agreement for donating their land for the capital. Reportedly, YSRCP Govt has decided to withdraw money from CRDA A/C and used for other purposes other than the development in CRDA region.

As per buzz, government withdrew 150 crores from CRDA A/C to buy seeds of peanuts in the state. News is coming out regularly in dailies that tiny Farmers agitated for seeds to sow before the end of Southwest Monsoon season. In particular, farmers in Rayalaseema region are expressed their unwillingness to the authorities for not supplying seeds in time. To serve the purpose of farmers, Govt has decided to buy seeds with CRDA money.

On other side, YSRCP government didn’t pay monthly compensation for June month to the people who don’t have any agriculture land. TDP Government was decided 2,500/- as monthly pension to the people who don’t have any land in CRDA region. These people had agriculture land earlier but they transferred the property to their kith and kin. CBN has agreed to give pension to the people who transferred the land to their children. CRDA consolidated fund used to meet all these purposes. But the government has diverted CRDA money for other development activities. It seems YSRCP is not showing interest on development of Amaravathi in its every action.
