Adani not interested in AP moved to Telangana!

One more biggie has decided to leave AP to Telangana. The reason for exist is because of AP Govt new alternative to Adani group instead of existing in MoU signed in assigning the more than 500 acres of land in Vizag to build solar plant.
India’s largest investment giant Adani Group was signed MoU with then AP Government to build Data Center Parks up to 5 GW (GigaWatt) in and around Visakhapatnam in January 2019. Adani group has planned to invest 70K crores over a period of 20 years.
Nearly, 1 lakh direct and indirect jobs have created with this plant. Now, Adani wants to withdraw project in AP and shifted to Hyderabad. Adani is not first one to evacuate AP. After Jagan came to power in AP, industrialists who have intention to set up plants in AP have looking for other alternatives. The main problem that industrialists are facing with Jagan government related to assignment of land. YSRCP government feels that CBN government gave excess land to industries unwantedly.
TDP government offered 500 acres of prime land in Visakhapatnam to Adani group for setting up the mega project. Now, YSRCP government has decided to offer alternative locations in surrounding and backward areas which provide employment for the locals as well. AP Government did the same way in HCL issue also. TDP government assigned 29 acres opposite Gannavaram Airport but YSRCP government asked the needy of that much of land to HCL that forced to leave AP for IT giant. So, Hyderabad will become first green data center park in India and Vizag has badly missed the chance.
