Knowingly or Unknowingly, YS Jagan is
using Senior Minister Botsa Satyanarayana to confuse more on sensitive issues. YS
Jagan has continued his silence on AP Capital Amravati and put forward Minister
for Municipal Administration Botsa Satyanarayana before the media on AP
Capital.
Today he said that expert committee
would decide where the Capital of Andhra Pradesh located. It indicates YSRCP
government has no interest to continue Amravati as AP Capital. Botsa also said
that Capital should not limited to one community it belongs to all people in
the state. CBN made the state financial position very weak by spending waste
expenditure on Amravati around 30K crores. Everyone knows that Union Government
should pay for the construction of the capital as per Reorganization Act. Union
Government gave 1500 crores when Venkaiah Naidu was Minister for Urban
Development. But YSRCP blamed that CBN spent 30K on capital without any proofs.
Botsa also criticized that CBN make
himself proud unwantedly on giving 33K acres of land for capital. Botsa said
that people are ready to give more than 1 lakh acres for Government purposes.
Earlier, he said that insider trading was happened in CRDA region and he will
submit the report very soon. Before that, Amravati region is not suggested for
Capital because of frequent floods to Krishna River. If we observe his
statements on Amravati it will create confusion more among the people.
