Small Telugu Hero bought Vijay Mallya's Villa

Yes! He was low budget hero and was acted not even 10 films in Telugu but he is businessman and founder of JMJ Group of Industries. Sachin J. Joshi, is the Vice Chairman of JMJ Group of Industries. JMJ Group operates Fitness Centres and Health Spas in different cities in the country. He was also have own Media and Entertainment called Viking. Sachin was recently came into news with quarreling with Bandla Ganesh.

He came in news now because of capturing absconded liquor business man Vijaya Mallya's Villa in Goa. Named Kingfisher Villa which was located in Condolim beach in Goa. This was quite opposite to sea and very luxurious Villa. Sachin Joshi was bought Kingfisher Villa with an amount of 73 crores in SBI auction. 17 consortium banks led by State Bank of India was organized the auction for dispose Kingfisher Villa but they didn't any positive response to bought Kingfisher Villa.

SBI was finalized Sachin name after conducting many delegations. SBI first fixed 85 crores as price for Kingfisher but didn't find buyers later the price reduced to 81 crores. After failing second attempt, SBI decreased the price of the Villa as 73 crores and give it to Sachin Joshi. Now, Sachin is the owner of Vijaya Mallya's Kingfisher Villa.
