Violation of Human Rights at Amaravati dragged into World Court

International Court of Justice (ICJ) is one of the Organs of United Nations (UN). ICJ is located at The Hague in Netherlands.
The ICJ settles disputes between states and gives advisory opinions on international legal issues referred to it by the UN. ICJ can also hear the violation of human rights issues related its member nations. Here after violation of human rights and police brutalities in Amaravati become no more AP or India issue.

Telangana advocate is going to file case against AP Government on violation of human rights in Amaravati at International Court of Justice. Reportedly, Advocate settled in US and practice in ICJ. His petition might come for hearing on March 03rd. It is nice to hear that Telangana person responds on AP issue. Few days back he talked to media channel and said that he will go against to AP government and support to AP farmers agitation for Amaravati.

He also said that there are many loopholes in Government CRDA scrapping bill. Amaravati farmers will get justice for their fight. As per buzz, he will attach the photos of police lathi-charge on farmers and women in Amaravati as attachment in support to his petition. There are many cases filed like Government three new capital bill, scrapping of CRDA bill and transfer of High Court to Kurnool in AP High Court. Now, the issue in ICJ will become headache not only to AP but to Indian Government.
