State is already fall into deep
financial crisis. It has observed that revenue not generated within the state
and also not getting revenue or money from Union Government.
On its mission, Revenue department is
in search for government lands in and around Vizag. Reportedly, officials found
4K acres of land spread across 10 mandals in Vizag district. Most of the lands of
Simhachalam Devastanams are encroached in Vizag and Vizainagaram districts.
Some of them are in litigations in courts. As per buzz, government has
interested to consider land procurement from Revenue department than Endowment that
is free from civil cases.
As per buzz, state guest house in
Vijayawada also put for sale. Guest house located beside PWD ground in 2 acres
of area. People in Vijayawada have remembered first PM of India Nehru stayed in
that guest house when he was coming for Vijayawada visit during 50’s. It is the
costliest place and hope government can get crores of money after selling of
guest house in Vijayawada. Political analysts were criticized how many acres of
land that YSRCP can sell for Navaratnas. It is better to think the ways to
generate income instead of sold of lands.
