Praveen Prakash transferred CS LV Subramanyam!

What is happening in AP Secretariat? Does Chief Minister have control on Administration? These are the questions arising among the people.

Chief Secretary is the supreme on entire administration in the state. He used to guide other officials to implement the government policies and facilitates smooth running administration in the state. It seems cold-war between Praveen Prakash and LV Subramanyam continues in AP Secretariat. It shows Jagan’s inability to handle the Administration.

LV was appointed by Election Commission before the General Elections. Praveen Prakash issued GO to transfer LV Subramanyam to HRD Director, Bapatla. This creates sensation among IAS babus. YSRCP government brought Praveen Prakash from Delhi to CMO office as Principal Secretary. There starts the problem among Praveen Prakash and LV Subramanyam. Reportedly, CMO dominates Chief Secretary after the entry of Praveen Prakash. LV has continued as Chief Secretary even after YSRCP government came to power.

It seems LV too was happy with Jagan’s victory. LV openly made a political statement before the elections that he was not reported to CBN if he lost the election. TDP lashes LV that he co-accused in Jagan’s Disproportionate of Assets case and targeted TDP unnecessarily. After the entry of Praveen into CMO, importance of LV slowly decreased. Yesterday, LV issued show cause notice to Praveen for inducting agenda items without the consent of Chief Secretary. Today, Praveen issued GO and transferred LV to insignificant post. As per buzz, Praveen has not dared to issued GO without the consent of Jagan. Who is supreme in Administration? Principal Secretary? or Chief Secretary?

Please check the photo. It was in 1994 after TDP regains power in AP. Bhuma Nagi Reddy and SV Subba Reddy (father of Shobha Nagi Reddy) were met NTR along with their families. Bhuma Nagi Reddy was elected first time to Assembly as TDP candidate from Allagadda in 1992 bye-election. Again he was elected as MLA from same constituency in 1994 as TDP candidate. In 1991, late NTR decided not to field TDP nominee opposite first Telugu Prime Minister PV Narasimha Rao. In 1996, Chandra Babu Naidu (NTR was died) was selected Bhuma against them Prime Minister PV in Nandhyala. In 1991, PV majority was more than 5 lakhs but in 1996 his massive majority comes down below one lakh. It can only possible to Bhuma. PV retained Barampur in Orissa and resigned for Nandhyala.
