Can Vamsi joins in YSRCP or not?

Gannavaram MLA Vallabhaneni Vamsi resignation drama started at Diwali and doesn’t come to an end till now.

Vamsi wrote letter to TDP President CBN and decided to resign to his candidature and TDP as well because of fake cases filed by YSRCP government. CBN has tried to convince Vamsi with party leaders and finally left the decision to him. Vamsi mentioned that he want to leave the politics. Later, Vamsi told to the press that he will join in YSRCP on November 03^rd or 04^th.

Still after the completion of another week, there is no news on Vamsi joining in YSRCP. What was happened? Why Vamsi hasn’t submitted his resignation to Speaker Tammineni Seetha Ram? Hadn’t Vamsi get assurance from Jagan on his political future? All these questions or doubts have risen among the people. Minister Kodali Nani acts as mediator between Vamsi and Jagan. As per Jagan’s policy, one should resign to his candidature before joined in YSRCP. Vamsi need clarity on standing in Gannavaram bye-election as YSRCP nominee. As per buzz, Jagan wants to field Yarlagadda Venkata Rao as YSRCP nominee and assigned the responsibility to Vamsi on Yarlagadda victory.

Reportedly, Vamsi followers not liked this and the same mentioned to Kodali Nani. Vamsi wants to contest again from Gannavaram as YSRCP nominee. Yarlagadda too wants to contest because of lost the election in low margin to Vamsi. Jagan too agreed to assign YSRCP ticket to Yarlagadda. This stalemate continues since last 10 days. It seems that Vamsi repent his mistake by forwarding the resignation to CBN. Vamsi will not send his resignation to Speaker until he get concrete assurance from YS Jagan. Bye-election to Gannavaram might not hold near future.

Bhuma Nagi Reddy was elected first time to Assembly as TDP candidate from Allagadda in 1992 bye-election. Again he was elected as MLA from same constituency in 1994 as TDP candidate. In 1991, late NTR decided not to field TDP nominee opposite first Telugu Prime Minister PV Narasimha Rao. In 1996, Chandra Babu Naidu (NTR was died) was selected Bhuma against them Prime Minister PV in Nandhyala. In 1991, PV majority was more than 5 lakhs but in 1996 his massive majority comes down below one lakh. It can only possible to Bhuma. PV retained Barampur in Orissa and resigned for Nandhyala.
