Revenge Politics reached to peaks in AP!


CBI made its arguments against YS Jagan’s petition of personal exemption to attend the CBI court on corruption case. One of the arguments is that Jagan may influence the people related to his case.
Being a Chief Minister, Jagan has more powerful than before. Central Board of Investigation said that’s the reason he was not allowed for personal exemption. After hearing and agreeing with CBI arguments, CBI court was cancelled Jagan’s petition. Of Course! Till now he didn’t attended to CBI court.

AP government has suspended Jasti Kishore Kumar because of conducting wrong audits and misuse of public funds. He is working as Andhra Pradesh Economic Development Board (EDB). The reason behind his suspension is very interesting. Krishna Kumar is the officer dig irregularities in Jagathi Publications and submitted its report. At that time, he worked as Additional Commissioner of Income Tax. He did enquiry that shares in Jagathi Publications sold at 370/- per share and confirmed that real value of share was -18/-. Jagathi publications exaggerated the price value and misled the investors to invest into his companies.

On other side, AP BJP leaders met Minister for Law Ravi Shankar Prasad and request him to set up CBI court in Vijayawada. BJP leaders are silent on other things in AP Reorganization Act and demand for CBI court. Kishore had came from central services on deputation to work in AP. State Government has no right to suspend IRS Officer.  As per buzz, suspension of Krishna Kumar is nothing but violation of CBI conditions by Jagan. Kishore Kumar has approached Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) and got stay order from CAT.  Now, CBI has chance to cancel Jagan bail by showing this suspension. Jagan became helpless if CBI filed bail cancel petition for Jagan. Revenge politics haven’t worked in realty.

Pawan Kalyan Dual stand on Mirchi issue in Telugu States!
