Who wins finally? RTC JAC OR TRS Govt!

Why Telangana Chief Minister took ‘U’ turn on RTC? Yes! This is huge turn from KCR side on TSRTC strike. Two months back, KCR didn’t even care the strike and said that all workers were self-dismissed from RTC. 
He reiterated that there is No more RTC in Telangana. KCR was threatened the workers that all routes are privatized. Adamant RTC workers didn’t pay attention on KCR statements. Workers were changed their mind set after HC find fault on 30 suicides of RTC workers. JAC Chairman Ashwathama Reddy was announced call of the strike after 52 days and workers would join immediately.

It seems that Ashwathama Reddy statement hits the ego of KCR. He told that Government not allowed the workers to resume their duties. From November 26th onwards the political scene has changed that put lot of onus on KCR and TRS party. Everyday workers were rushed to their departments and requesting the Depot Manager to join. The photographs of Women workers who touched Depot Managers foot and their tearful interviews published and telecasted in print media.

TRS leaders discussed internally that image of their party getting down after call-off the strike. KCR too received the feedback on increasing the dissidence among the people against TRS Government. He has decided to do some damage control with announcing the sops and other benefits to employees. He didn’t talk on Privatization during the meeting and allowed RTC to increase the bus fares. KCR has tried to pacify the workers and got the success. What Ashwathama Reddy forwarded the demands as JAC Chairman, KCR has given more than the JAC demands other than Privatization. Though he was not invited to the meeting, Ashwathama Reddy is the man behind announcing the sops from KCR.
