RK PIL on TDP New Office!


YSRCP Mangalagiri MLA Alla Ramakrishna Reddy is known for litigant in filing Public Interest Litigation (PIL) against TDP President Chandrababu Naidu and against his decisions. 
Alla filed petitions on issues like Sadavarthy land, Agri Gold, Vote-to-Note, CRDA land pooling and others. Of Course! Courts took the cases and strike off them. None of the cases has proved legally in any court. In all these cases, Alla filed CBN is counter his counter. He took an oath that he evacuated CBN from Lingamaneni estates after YSRCP came into power but Lingamaneni went to SC and gets stay order. Now, Alla eyed on TDP new Office which is constructed near Atmakur village.

The new Party Office has opened today in the morning without any Media Coverage. Both National and State Media have concentrated on encounter of Priyanka Reddy since morning. Alla Ramakrishna Reddy filed petition in AP High Court saying that TDP has constructed its new Office in Government land and requested to topple the TDP office and acquire the land. As per PIL, TDP acquired 3.65 acres of land in Survey No. 392 which is related to Government’s. CBN government has assigned the land to TDP for 99 years lease.

Alla mentioned Guntur Collector, CRDA Commissioner and CBN as counters in his PIL. HC accepts the PIL and it would come for hearing in next Monday. TDP leaders are saying that nothing will happen with Alla petition. The new office constructed in a land after getting proper permissions from State Government and also said that Alla PIL doesn’t have surprised them. We will fight in court legally on Alla PIL. TDP cadre said that it is the idea of YSRCP to evacuate CBN from CRDA region. YSRCP government has tried to demolish Lingamaneni House where CBN is residing and now they are planning to throw allegation on TDP new Office.
