YS Vivekananda Reddy murdered in
March 2019 and the incident was completed almost 10 months. AP State Government appointed SIT on his
murder and the enquiry is still going on.
In its latest development, YS Vieka wife
Soubhagyamma made an appeal to High Court on CBI enquiry on her husband murder.
She expressed many doubts on SIT enquiry and opined that SIT investigation
hasn’t done in proper direction. TDP leader B.Tech Ravi and BJP leader
Adinarayana Reddy were also filed petition in High Court for the same cause.
They said that SIT has harassing them in the name of enquiry on Viveka murder.
They also reminded that YS Jagan also demand for CBI enquiry in March where
Viveka was murdered.
AP Attorney General said no need of
CBI enquiry on Viveka Murder and SIT is doing the job correctly. YS Viveka
daughter Sunitha satisfied on SIT probe which was formed by then Government
TDP. AP Government has changed in May when SIT was about to submit its report
in sealed cover to High Court. Soubhagyamma has not satisfied the way the
enquiry going on now. It is surprise that Chief Minister’s kin and closed
relatives expressed their doubtfulness on Viveka Murder. High Court has
postponed the enquiry on Soubhagyamma and other petitions to January 20th.
