Farmers angered on land pooling in Vizag!

Land Pooling is the word getting popular when TDP Government had the pooling of 33K acres from farmers for AP Capital Amaravati. 

Everything is clear in CRDA act that helps the farmers to give their fertile land to the government. The package announced has attracted the farmers and based on the government package farmers agreed. In Delhi, Kejriwal government plan to go for land pooling for government needs after studying Amaravati case. Moreover, Farmers were believed on TDP leader CBN and his leadership. YSRCP leaders were opposed TDP Government land pooling concept and created apprehensions among the people in some villages. Now, the same YSRCP is planning to do land pooling in new capital Visakhapatnam.

YSRCP government is doing to acquire 2700 acres of land through pooling for assigning plot to the poor people by this Ugadi. Farmers are ready to lose their land to the government because of doing cultivation since many years in Visakhapatnam district. Revenue officials have planned to pool more than 6K acres around 10 mandals in the district. Government has issued GO and revenue officials are conducting Village meetings in this regard. They visit few villages in Gajuwaka, Pendurthy, Bheemili, Vizag Rural and Anandapuram mandals.

Farmers are objected when Revenue officers asked land verification documents. They said that they are not willing to give their land in pooling system. Government is unable to explain the package offered to farmers. Revenue officials said that they will go for acquisition if Farmers not obey for land pooling in Vizag district. Reportedly, farmers not confident on government and they have no trust on YSRCP. It is very easy to criticize for leaders when CBN did land pooling in Amaravati. But they came to know the ground realty of difficulties in land pooling in Vizag.
