TDP used Rule 71 as Brahmastra!


It seems that YSRCP hadn’t did enough exercise how to pass the Decentralization bill (Three Capitals). As expected YSRCP government make it possible in Legislative Assembly with its majority on Decentralization bill.
It seems that YSRCP gets eleventh hour tension to bail out Decentralization bill from Legislative Council. Ministers surrounded AP Legislative Council Chairman Seat shouted against Chairman Shariff which is reversal scene in Assembly.

TDP moved the rule 71 C before Ministers moved to the CRDA Bill and Decentralization bill (Three Capitals) which is shock to YSRCP. 20 YSRCP Ministers have frustrated by delay in passing the bill. No one knows whether bill is passed or not in Council but YSRCP struggles to pass the bill. Legislative Council Chairman not allowed the ministers to introduce the bill. This is the first time that Chairman of AP Legislative Council postponed six times in the history. TDP used Rule 71 to stall Decentralization bill (Three Capitals) in upper house.

TDP has strength (29) in Council whereas YSRCP has just 9 that forced Jagan to scrap the Legislative Council. It is not possible for any government to scrap Legislative Council on overnight. There is long procedure either to create or to scrap the council. It should have approved in Assembly with 2/3rd majority and then send the resolution to Parliament for the approval of two houses. Finally Constitution Amendment required for abolition of Council.

Pawan Kalyan Dual stand on Mirchi issue in Telugu States!

Power Star Pawan Kalyan said again and again that he always raised the problems that existed in Two Telugu States. People from Telugu states too approached Pawan on their issues.
