Shariff made his mark in Amaravati


AP Legislative Council Chairman Mohammad Ahmad Shariff name is echo in politics in and around Two Telugu States. 
No one knows his name in politics and even TDP cadre also not aware Shariff. But 3 capital issues stopped in Legislative Council where TDP has absolute majority. M.A. Shariff is the Chairman of Legislative Council has played vital role in stopping the process of 3 capital issue from Amaravati to Vizag.

M.A. Shariff was joined in TDP since its formation. He worked as TDP Narsapur (West Godavari) President when NTR era in 1992. Shariff is remain within TDP even he didn’t get any prominent positions. CBN has selected Shariff as Chairman for Legislative Council from TDP. After CRDA Bill and Decentralization Bill were passed in Assembly, the bill finally stops in Legislative Assembly by Shariff. He agreed with TDP demand and sent the bill to Select Committee.

YSRCP should have self-criticized before the introduction of the bill into Assembly. It seems that ruling party assumed wrongly in Legislative Council. Everywhere it shows the negligence towards YSRCP party. Party leaders didn’t read the rules in Rule book when the party doesn’t have majority in Council. TDP used this as chance to corner Government two bills in the council. TDP obstructs YSRCP bills in Council with Rule 71 yesterday and Rule 141 today. Yenamala did lot of work behind the screen to stop YSRCP capital from Amaravati to Vizag. Shariff made lot of frustration to YSRCP Ministers last two days.
