A tale behind Nimmagadda arrest in Serbia!


Industrialist Nimmagadda Prasad was arrested in Serbia on July 27th, 2019. Based on complaint from Ras Al-Khaimah one of the nations in UAE, Interpol in Abu Dhabi issued Red Corner Notice on September 05th, 2016. 
Serbia police caught Nimmagadda when he landed in Serbia. Since then he becomes centre stage for AP Politics. Police produce Nimmagadda in Belgrade Judiciary and confirmed his arrest. Finally! He got the bail in Serbia and put condition not to leave Belgrade. YSRCP MPs urged Union Government for the release of Nimmagadda from Serbia. Nimmagadda was supposed to attend in YS Jagan disproportion of assets case in Nampally court but he was not.

Nimmagadda counsel gave explanation for his absent to Nampally judge because of his arrest in Serbia nation. Nimmagadda counsel also told to judge on reason for Nimmagadda visit to Serbia. He said that Nimmagadda wants to discuss on Foot ball with Serbian sports minister. Nimmagadda take over Kerala Blasters Foot ball team along with Chiranjeevi, Sachin, Nagarjuna and Allu Aravind. There is sport partnership exists among these people. Not only this, they have Bangalore Blasters in Badminton and Tamil Talaiwas in Kabaddi. Serbia is famous for Foot Ball sport. Nimmagadda went to Serbia to buy star players in Serbia team for Kerala Blasters.

It is urgency and needy for YSRCP to brought Nimmagadda back to India. This is not much important for Modi and Amit Shah. They have their own issues in the nation like Delhi Riots, CAA and NPR. Ras Al-Khaimah should not leave Nimmagadda until he clears the dues pending to the country. Nimmagadda advocate raised an interesting point if CBI wants to speedy enquiry in Jagan’s case Nimmagadda should present in the court. Nmmagadda advocate says CBI should take initiative for the release of Nimmagadda Prasad from Serbia. Reportedly, 1K crores white money require for the release of Nimmagadda Prasad from Serbia.
