Is it BJP's late response on Covid-19?

Prime Minister Narendra Modi made an appeal to the nation for self-quarantine on March 22nd. All state governments and people of the country responded positively on Modi’s Janata Curfew.
After that he conducted video-conference with all Chief Ministers in the country. Last week, Prime Minister Modi conducted with 8 countries of SAARC heads on taking steps to counter Covid-19. March 22nd would become remarkable in Indian History. For the first time people are willingly get inside their homes to counter Coronavirus.

It seems that BJP government is doing quick measures and implement action plan to fight with Coronavirus in the country. But BJP respond on Coronavirus very lately that costs India in all ways. BJP almost silent till Trump visit to India on last week of February followed by Delhi violence. At that time China crossed second stage of the pandemic virus. India start responded on Coronavirus when China surpassed its second stage. Coronavirus erupted in China in November’19 and first positive case recorded in India in December’19 in Kerala.

BJP was busy at that time in passing the Citizen Amendment Act in Parliament. Followed by Maharashtra, Jharkhand and Delhi Elections made BJP leaders to concentrate politically in that states but not on Coronavirus. If BJP responded in December it ‘self the situation is not such a grim situation as India is suffering now. Pune is the only center for across all states to confirm tests in India. This is similar like natural calamity. It’s not correct to blame BJP on Coronavirus. But BJP don’t predict the situation even after WHO declared the virus as Pandemic. People of Telugu States never ever had seen the close of Tirupati Temple since last two generations. We can’t hear cancellation of trains across the country because of low occupancy. BJP respond lately but implementing action plan quickly.
