Jagan would face one more setback from HC!

Around 30 advisors are working for AP government with cabinet ranks. Jagan was appointed his followers and SAKHI media people as advisors for AP. Forget about Andhra Pradesh, their suggestions would always benefit to YS Jagan. It is surprise that 90% of their suggestions bounce back in Supreme and High Courts. Now it is the question among the YSRCP cadre whether they gave right suggestions or Jagan hadn’t pay attention on valuable suggestions.

Everything is mingled with politics in Andhra Pradesh. Even coronavirus outbreak has not stopped the issue from the politics. AP government brought an ordinance for the removal of State Election Commissioner N. Ramesh Kumar from the office. AP Governor Harichandan gave his approval on government ordinance. Have the advisors read Article 243 of Indian Constitution? Were they given assurance to Jagan that courts are not strike off the Ordinance? There is a constitutional procedure for the removal of Chief Election Commissioner, State Election Commissioner, Chairman of UGC and Chairman of State Public Service Commission. The tenure of the above positions should not be reduced. Only President can remove the persons who nominated by state governor that too after approving the impeachment motion in Parliament. Unfortunately! All these points missed in the ordinance.

Nimmagadda assumptions become true in Andhra Pradesh. There are 400 positive cases reported in the state. He postponed the elections based on the prediction on pandemic coronavirus. YSRCP cadre distributing coronavirus fund to the people in the name of Jagan. Complaints are flooded against YSRCP to Nimmagadda from all political parties with proofs. Reportedly, Nimmagadda ordered an enquiry on YSRCP activities. If SEC believed the allegations are true, Nimmagadda has chance to disqualify the contested candidates from YSRCP. This causes fear for YSRCP and removal of SEC.
