America's horror with Coronavirus

The coronavirus spreads faster than expected in the United States of America. The developed nation saw the worst ever peak in January 2021 and expected a similar situation after one year in the country. 5.80 lakh new cases have been registered in the country and weekdays average 2.90 lakh positives per day in the United States. As per the stats from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), children under the age of 17 between December 22-28 and more than 370 people a day are hospitalized with Covid-19. This is an increase of 66 percent over the previous week. 16 lakh cases in just 24 hours Worldwide!!

Unfortunately, Omicron takes an active part in New Year celebrations across the world. In the last 24 hours alone, 16.04 lakh people have been infected with the virus. 7,317 people lost their lives. Compared to Wednesday, cases increased to 4 lakhs and deaths increased to 800. 4.65 lakh new positives were recorded in America. These are a bit low compared to the day before. Is Indian Rupee seems to be the weakest currency?

As per one analysis, the Indian rupee is set to end the year as Asia's worst-performing emerging market currency. Huge shock to Google!!

Russian court rules search engine giant Google It was fined 7.2 billion rubles ($ 98 million) for failing to remove content it considers illegal. It is the first revenue-based fine in Russia. RBI new rules for online Credit & Debit cardholders

  There is an important milestone for credit and debit card users in India. From next year, the Reserve Bank will be introducing new rules on all debit and credit card transactions. RBI is coming up with new rules aimed at making debit and credit card transactions safer. RBI has issued key directives for online transactions using credit and debit cards. Credit card and debit card details already deposited on the respective websites and payment gateways are no longer deposited. New rules come into effect from January 01 st , 2022. According to RBI's new rules, RBI has said that websites, apps, and other credit card and debit card details should not be stored while shopping or making digital payments online. From next year, when shopping online, be sure to keep track of 16-digit debit and credit card numbers as well as CVV and expiration dates. The tennis star Peng Shuai is the symbol of Beijing who reached to International Lawn Tennis. She was ranked world No. 1 doubles player by the WTA, becoming the first Chinese tennis player to achieve that ranking. Europe enters into sanctions again!!

European countries are vulnerable to the blow of the Omicron variant. There are fears that the virus could increase in severity as people make more trips during Christmas. With this, sanctions are coming again. The situation is particularly alarming in the United Kingdom (UK). The new variant has spread across the country. Seven deaths in the world with Omicron so far have been reported in Britain alone. More than 90,000 cases a day were received in the country, with 60 percent being Omicron. Eighty percent of the latest cases in the city are related to Omicron.
