America's horror with Coronavirus

The coronavirus spreads faster than expected in the United States of America. The developed nation saw the worst ever peak in January 2021 and expected a similar situation after one year in the country. 5.80 lakh new cases have been registered in the country and weekdays average 2.90 lakh positives per day in the United States. As per the stats from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), children under the age of 17 between December 22-28 and more than 370 people a day are hospitalized with Covid-19. This is an increase of 66 percent over the previous week. In South Africa, where the Omicron was born, it was decided to lift the night curfew altogether. 


Of the 50 states in the United States, 18 states have the highest number of cases. Hospital admissions rose 27 percent in the capital, Washington, D.C., Maryland, Ohio, and other states. Experts warn that the virus will not break out like a blizzard in the coming weeks as many young people are still not vaccinated. People are advised to be prepared for the impact on services in hospitals, educational institutions, and those in other fields. Federal authorities, on the other hand, have already imposed travel restrictions. They made arrangements for booster dose will be given to 12-15-year-olds from next week.
