16 lakh cases in just 24 hours Worldwide!!

Unfortunately, Omicron takes an active part in New Year celebrations across the world. In the last 24 hours alone, 16.04 lakh people have been infected with the virus. 7,317 people lost their lives. Compared to Wednesday, cases increased to 4 lakhs and deaths increased to 800. 4.65 lakh new positives were recorded in America. These are a bit low compared to the day before. The death toll was 1,777. Massive public events in the superpower are being canceled due to the virus. These include those set up in the wake of the start of the New Year.


The number of cases in France is not less than 2 lakh. 2.08 lakh positives were recorded recently. 184 people were lost their lives. The number of victims in Germany (41,816) was another thousand more than on Wednesday. Mortality is highest in Russia (932) after the United States. Poland (794) also has the highest death toll. Although the number of cases in this country is between 15k deaths is huge. The UK, on the other hand, is being overwhelmed by the calm of Omicron. 1.83 lakh new positives were recorded as never before. These are 32 percent higher than the day before. As a precaution, the government is making temporary arrangements for patients in hospitals.


Covid19 is throwing his claw at Western Europe, where the distribution of the vaccine is very small. In India too, the Union government warns 8 states on the spreading of Omicron. On Thursday alone, 5,368 people were diagnosed with Covid-19. Of these, 198 were omicron positive. In Mumbai alone, 190 omicron cases were reported.
