High Court quashes second time AP Govt GO on colors issue

Andhra Pradesh High Court suspended the GO No 623 issued by the government instructing the officials to add another color to the existing colors to the panchayat and other government buildings.
Advocate Somayajulu filed the writ petition challenging the GO which he claimed was against the judgments of the High Court and the Supreme Court. High Court asked why the government issued GO 623 again on colors to Panchayat and Government buildings against to the High Court and Supreme verdicts.

High Court believed that new colors as GO 623 are similar to YSRCP three colors. As per GO, government added new color (Terracotta) in addition to existing three.  HC directed the officials to remove the colors immediately by May 28th. High Court ordered registrar to register sumoto case on AP Government. May 28th sumoto case came to hear in High Court. It is very shock that High Court ordered Chief Secretary, Secretary to Panchayat Raj and State Election Commission to give explanation by May 28th on GO 623.

This is second time that AP High Court rebukes AP Government on same issue. By the end of May 30th, YSRCP will be completed 366 days (52 weeks). Number of High Court verdicts against to AP Government is more than number of weeks they come into power. Tough times for Neelam Sahani who is working as Chief Secretary of AP will go to retire by June 30th. As per HC orders, she might attend in HC one month before she left from services.
