Modi Special Economic Package has many doubts

Prime Minister Narendra announced Rs 20 lakh crore special economic package for the country to be 'self-reliant' and deal with COVID-19. He address the nation fifth time since March’20.
The announcements made by the government over COVID, decisions of RBI and today's package totals to Rs 20 lakh crore. This is 10 per cent of India's GDP. This is the first time developing country like India announced such a huge amount of package.

Modi said that package is for Middle and Small scale Industries and migrant labour. His new campaign Make local and Buy local. People believed his promises during 2014 elections. He made promise on bring back black money from Swiss and deposit lakhs of money in common accounts. BJP government failed to make the promise even after 6 years and even not raised the black money issue again.

Another promise that made by BJP government was Make in India. Now, Modi mentioned new slogan called “Make local and buy Local” to hit China products. People believed his words only when the announced package reached to common man. Being a ruling party, BJP will face many problems on each passing of Financial Year. There is no chance to BJP to throw ball into Congress court because of second term.
