India overtakes China in Covid-19 positive cases tally!


There are many similarities between India and China. Countries shared land border with each other. Two nations are considered as economic giants in Asian Sub-Continent. 
Two nations are first and second in highest number of population among the world. After Covid-19 erupted, India didn’t make any aggressive statement against China. India’s total number of cases crossed over 85K tally where as China is still under 85K.

As per the latest information, India is now in 11th position whereas China slipped to 13th. Peru is occupied in 12th place of total number of positive cases of coronavirus. The US, Spain and Russia are ranked first, second and third among the 10 countries with most number of cases. Nonetheless, at 3.2 per cent, India's mortality rate is better than that of China—5.5 per cent. China has recorded 4,633 deaths so far while India's death tally remains at 2,649 say reports. India also has the least doubling time among the top 15 countries with the most cases.

The COVID-19 pandemic originated with a cluster of mysterious, suspected pneumonia cases in the city of Wuhan, the capital of Hubei province, China. First case reported in China on December 31st, 2019 where India was not even thought about the virus. The first case of the COVID-19 pandemic in India was reported on 30 January 2020, originating from China. As of 16 May 2020, the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare have confirmed a total of 85,940 cases. After seeing the number, China did well in controlling the virus. It is million dollar question among all people in world. Except in Hubei province (Wuhan), China had no cases reported from any other city. But In India, pandemic virus spread across all states in the country.
