YS Jagan was completed one year of his governance as Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh. YSRCP came into ruling with massive popular vote in 2019 general elections.
But YSRCP cadre has not in a position to celebrate ceremony celebrations because of various issues. Though the party has huge majority, Jagan’s agenda (shifting of capital and no opposition status to Chandrababu) was not moved as per his wishes. It’s unfortunate that YSRCP leaders don’t know every system has its own boundaries as per the constitution.
Opponent TDP was limited to 23 MLAs
in the assembly. Jagan targets TDP and attracts as many TDP MLAs into YSRCP to
make the opposition empty. Internally, YSRCP leaders discussed within a year
TDP left without opposition status in the assembly. YSRCP has continued operation
TDP even after one year. Every day, dailies published name of the TDP MLAs and
said that shocks to TDP. Because of the coronavirus outbreak, this news haven’t
find in newspapers since three months. Three MLAs and Three MLCs were joined in
YSRCP.
Though the party has massive majority
in the house, it’s not all is well for YSRCP. High Court verdicts against to
YSRCP government got irritated to YSRCP leaders. 65 judgments went against to
YSRCP Government during 52 weeks of its governance. In particular, judgments
like not allowing shifting of capital from Amaravati, ordered CBI enquiry in
Dr. Sudhakar issue and quashes government GOs and reappointment of Nimmagadda
Ramesh Kumar. It is surprise that State Government wants to go ahead to Supreme
Court in SEC case. AP High Court considers most of cases as PIL and Suo moto.
