YSRCP welcomes unwanted issues

It seems the only High Court that actively working in the country is Andhra Pradesh HC. It considers not only Public Interest Litigation (PIL) but also taking the critical issues as Suo Moto.
Newly formed AP High Court opened in January 01st, 2019 in Nelapadu village in Amaravati. Last week, HC gave its verdict in four cases related to AP government. Unfortunately! Verdict in all these cases went against to YSRCP government. Yesterday! HC directions on LG polymers gas leak accident also against to the government.

As per the sources, YSRCP government has planned to shift the governance from Amaravati to Visakhapatnam by April this year. Coronavirus made them to postpone the shifting. Unofficially, YSRCP plan to shift again to Vizag in May 28th. As per the current scenario, this may not possible. Adding to Covid-19, government involved unnecessary issues LP Polymers and Dr. Sudhakar that drag to implement their plans.

High Court considers LG Polymers as Suo Moto. It gave directions to seize the company. HC asked many questions and doubts after LG Polymers gas leak accident in Vizag. Who gave directions to send Styrene to South Korea? Who gave permission to start operations during the lockdown period? Two important questions forced the officials to tell the truth to the court. In Dr. Sudhakar issue also government and police go beyond their limits. If they stopped with suspension, people would forget the issue. Finally, the issue land before CBI. Two issues are not really in YSRCP agenda. Knowingly or unknowingly, government dragged into the issue that caused lot of political damage to YSRCP.
