Chinese choppers fly over Indian territories even after completion of first level of delegation. It seems that tension prevails at Ladakh border. China’s PLA is continued the provoke India. People’s Liberation Army (PLA) is not working for China, it is working for party. PLA is fight to preserve communist party not a China.
The last war that PLA fought against
Vietnam in 1979 and China was lost in that war. Many times China used PLA to
subdue internal disturbances. Armed wing of Chinese Communist Party is set to
win without fighting war against its enemies. PLA has almost no combat
experience. But the operational structure is strength of PLA. Chinese Army is
technological prowess. Chinese government has provided weapons having latest technology
at every time to PLA. But the relations of party with PLA are not so strong. At
the same time Military has no relationship with civilians.
Since PLA is not element of the
state, there is no official point of contact with state bodies and leaders. China
has mandatory military system and most of youth joined from rural areas. China
was routed out by Vietnam in a -war in 1979. Chinese PLA is driven by
corruption is the most disadvantage to China. Despite Xi Jinping grants enough budgets
to PLA, Chinese army involved in commercial activities. There is no supervision
over PLA army commercial activities. Internal corruption is major enemy to
China.
