Achhennaidu and Balineni Two sides of ACB’s coin?

Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) was arrested TDP leader Atchannaidu in connection with ESI Scam on June 12^th. Atchannaidu was accused in the ESI scam in the Vigilance and Enforcement Department report that unearthed 404.86 crore scam in February.

TDP made an allegation as fake arrest and Atchannaidu was targeted. Atchannaidu should punish if he really found guilty in the scam.

During his bail petition, ACB said that it need time to provide evidence against TDP leader Atchannaidu. What it means? Had ACB arrested him without any proofs? On other side, two days back Tamil Nadu Police seized car and found 5.27 crores in the vehicle. As per the arrested people the money was related to Minister Balineni Srinivasa Reddy. They said that he asked to take the money to Chennai. Tamil Nadu media was telecasted that the car was belongs to Balineni and it also mentioned that Balineni son escaped during the check post.

As usual, Balineni denied allegations that someone has forged MLA sticker and used. Hologram is clearly visible on sticker that pasted on car. Ornaments businessman in Ongole Nallamili Babu Name came into the picture. He said that the seized money belongs to him. Nallamili Babu was elected unanimously as Corporator in Ongole Municipality in March this year. Elections were postponed due to coronavirus. Even after 48 hours, ACB didn’t involve in this case. Evidence and proofs are clearly visible in this case but ACB has maintained silent. People have doubted on ACB integrity.

Please check the photo. It was in 1994 after TDP regains power in AP. Bhuma Nagi Reddy and SV Subba Reddy (father of Shobha Nagi Reddy) were met NTR along with their families. Bhuma Nagi Reddy was elected first time to Assembly as TDP candidate from Allagadda in 1992 bye-election. Again he was elected as MLA from same constituency in 1994 as TDP candidate. In 1991, late NTR decided not to field TDP nominee opposite first Telugu Prime Minister PV Narasimha Rao. In 1996, Chandra Babu Naidu (NTR was died) was selected Bhuma against them Prime Minister PV in Nandhyala. In 1991, PV majority was more than 5 lakhs but in 1996 his massive majority comes down below one lakh. It can only possible to Bhuma. PV retained Barampur in Orissa and resigned for Nandhyala.
