Tammineni fresh salvo on judiciary

People have strong belief on third estate of Indian Democracy nothing but Judiciary. But leaders in ruling party in AP have made reckless comments against Judiciary. 

Tammineni Sitaram also joined along with them. AP Legislative Assembly Speaker Tammineni Sitaram who elected to Assembly for multiple times from Srikakulam district was made an irrelevant and irresponsible comments against Judiciary. Those who read or see his comments were shocked automatically.

YSRCP leaders were made Judiciary unconstitutional and derogatory comments openly with media and also in Social Media. They are having with the opinion that People’s verdict is the final and no one can interfere on government’s decisions. Their frustration reached to peak after getting many legal setbacks during last one year governance. Tammineni Sitaram openly said that Courts were unnecessarily involved in government decisions. He questioned courts Do Judges want to run govt? Why are there an assembly and a speaker? Being a constitutional position like Speaker, Tammineni kicks up fresh salvo on judiciary.

Speaker forgets to recognize the fact that the Constitution was supreme over and above the legislature, judiciary and executive. We read that Indira Gandhi lost his candidature with Allahabad court ruling. Knowingly or Unknowingly YSRCP leaders made many undemocratic comments. Already High Court ordered AP Police to file cases against 60 odd people including MP and MLA. Even the ruling party won more than 4/5th of the majority, either CM or PM should have their limits in functioning. He still defends his comments against Judiciary and quoted as personal. If HC took his comments as suo motto it seems Tammineni Sitaram will be in trouble.
