No one pay attention on roles and responsibilities of WHO. The importance of World Health Organization came to know to world soon after coronavirus was declared as pandemic in March this year. It seems that WHO Director General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus hadn’t paid any attention seriously on coronavirus.
When the virus spread from Wuhan to Milan, Tedros Adhanom
Ghebreyesus relay on Chinese information. He said on February this year that China’s
actions in controlling the virus was laudable otherwise the virus easily spread
to other nations. US and Australia suspects Tedros actions and believed that he
supports China. WHO said that the virus cannot be airborne based on the
information from China.
Now, the same WHO said finding out for answer on increasing
asymptomatic cases across the world. It is saying that scientists have not
determined yet how frequently people with asymptomatic cases of Covid-19 pass
the disease on to others, a day after suggesting that such spread is “very
rare.” WHO’s technical lead on the
Covid-19 pandemic, made it very clear Tuesday that the actual rates of
asymptomatic transmission aren’t yet known. It is nothing but pushing the world
into panic situation. WHO has completely failed to give directions to nations
on pandemic virus?
