Can YSRCP file disqualification petition on RaghuRama Krishna Raju?

The deadline for giving reply to RaghuRama Krishna Raju was completed. He gave response to show-cause notice but not send reply to YSRCP high command.

In addition to that, MP Raghurama Krishnam Raju writes to CM YS Jagan to brief over allegations on him. In the meantime, RaghuRama Krishna Raju did lot of damage to the party by giving interviews to all news channels and youtube channels. His reply on default cases to banks shock to YSRCP.

RaghuRama Krishna Raju defended the cases against him and he agreed that he submit all about his cases in election affidavit. He said that his Chief Minister had 26 cases and no one can punish him. If any MLA/MP joins BJP for the protection of corruption cases whole YSRCP MLAs and MPs should join in BJP. These two statements are getting irritated to YSRCP leaders. YSRCP is seriously is in thought of sack RaghuRama Krishna Raju from the party.

YSRCP leadership is also in thought of giving complaint to Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla for sacking of his Lok Sabha membership. If that is so many questions arise politically on YSRCP horse trading. Party invited three TDP MLAs and 2 MLCs into YSRCP and speaker allowed rebel TDP MLA Vallabhaneni Vamsi speak against TDP in Assembly. If YSRCP wants to sack RaghuRama Krishna Raju membership they have to sack three TDP MLAs which politically not healthy for the party. Reportedly, they just expel RaghuRama Krishna Raju from party without making complaint to Lok Sabha Speaker.
