Many countries are carrying out protests against Emmanuel Macron for his comments on Islam. France retaliated by projecting the cartoons on government buildings in a mark of solidarity to school teacher who was beheaded for showing caricatures of Muhammad. Macron calls Islam is a religion that is in crisis all over the world. His statements on Islam are added fuel to fire and encouraged several Islamic nations like Turkey, Pakistan and Bangladesh carrying out protests against him. Everyone should condemn his words against Prophet Muhammad. But here one question arises why these nations are silent on suppression of Uighur Muslims in China. It has destroyed 70% of mosques in Xinjiang. Some observers believe it is a mission of the Chinese Communist Party aimed at breaking the spirit of Uighur Muslims. China’s actions should provoke the Muslim world but they remain in silent. Saudi Arabia and Turkey haven’t say anything about atrocities against Uighur Muslims in China.
