25th Amendment or Impeachment

Donald Trump is the only United States President who came in news for all wrong reasons in recent past. His actions and attitude gets attention to the people among the world even after defeat.

January 20^th is his last day as President of United States. Attacking on Capitol with his supporters when Senators met to ratify the victory of Joe Biden was reached to peaks. Removal of Donald Trump from White House is growing louder after violent riots Capitol on January 06^th.

Congress forced to remove Donald Trump either with by invoking 25^th Amendment or with impeachment. Joe Biden’s Democrats are gearing up to initiate the impeachment process during the last days of Donald Trump as President. He has been accused of prompting the violence in Washington. Democrats asked Vice-President Mike Pence to invoke the 25^th Amendment and declare that US President unable to fulfill his duties. It also allows Vice-President acts as President till the new President-Elect takes the charge. If this will not worked out, Democrats are planning to move impeachment against Trump as Plan-B.

Joe Biden party will introduce a charge of insurrection against trump over his role on attacking Capitol. Trump made a phone call to Georgia for finding any election fraud as second charge against him. Democrats have a majority in House of Representatives and Republicans can control in the Senate with their majority. Democrats expect that some Republicans are supported the impeachment against Trump. If it happens Donald Trump is the first US President to face the notoriety twice. The main motive behind the moving of impeachment is to ban Donald Trump from ever running for an elected post again.

Please check the photo. It was in 1994 after TDP regains power in AP. Bhuma Nagi Reddy and SV Subba Reddy (father of Shobha Nagi Reddy) were met NTR along with their families. Bhuma Nagi Reddy was elected first time to Assembly as TDP candidate from Allagadda in 1992 bye-election. Again he was elected as MLA from same constituency in 1994 as TDP candidate. In 1991, late NTR decided not to field TDP nominee opposite first Telugu Prime Minister PV Narasimha Rao. In 1996, Chandra Babu Naidu (NTR was died) was selected Bhuma against them Prime Minister PV in Nandhyala. In 1991, PV majority was more than 5 lakhs but in 1996 his massive majority comes down below one lakh. It can only possible to Bhuma. PV retained Barampur in Orissa and resigned for Nandhyala. TDP was selected Bhuma as it's candidate in 1996 bye-election and Bhuma won over 4lakh majority against Gangula. Bhuma was elected again in 1998 and in 1999 bye-elections from Nandhyala.
