TwoBirds Craft Beer, Brewery Company has introduced yoga with for getting relief. It’s combination of combining exercise with alcohol. Classes cost $8 per hour long session with includes one beer and limited to 12 participants.
For some people in the country, a post-lockdown group activity that combines exercise with alcohol may seem like the ideal coronavirus stress buster though yoga. The brewery’s yoga classes, resumed after a six-week lockdown across Cambodia was lifted on Jan. 1, combine holding a pose with clutching a beer, and they’re attracting devotees. It has attracted people, but mainly expats hoping to relieve stress during coronavirus pandemic. TwoBirds, said the classes, held in a former garment factory, were about community and bringing people together after work.
Its creation attributed to a stunt at America's Burning Man festival in 2013, beer yoga has since enjoyed sporadic popularity in different parts of the world. Some have pointed to the low testing rates in Cambodia, and expressed particular concern over the vulnerability of prisoners in the country’s notoriously cramped jails. Others say that low testing rates and possible underreporting of cases is hiding the true extent of COVID-19 in Cambodia. But to date, there has been no risk of health systems in Cambodia becoming overwhelmed by the severity of outbreaks, as we have seen in Cambodia.
