Nations have imposed restrictions to fight pandemic viruses and prevent them from spreading. Many countries are busy conducting vaccination programmes in their countries. Companies and organizations prefer to work from home for the safety of their employees.
Now, they made covid-19 inoculation compulsory. Over 150 tech companies and hospital staff have been laid off or quit after refusing to get the coronavirus jab. It is now a debate whether employees can be forced to get inoculated or not.
Hospital staff are considered as frontline workers since the eruption of coronavirus. Some hospitals in the United States fired the nurses when later refused to vaccinate against Covid-19. 150 employees of Methodist hospital who have either resigned or been fired after refusing to get vaccinated, the hospital says the jab is safe and essential to protect staff and patients. The United States completed a full vaccine for 150 million people against covid-19.
Ujjain district administration in Madhya Pradesh has issued an order saying government employees will not get their salaries from next month if they are not inoculated. Some of the state governments should implement "No vaccine No salary" for all government staff irrespective of their grade and position. Covid vaccinations are to become compulsory for staff at care homes in England.
