Battle with Judiciary - Will he Success?

Setback to AP Govt, one more shock to Jagan government, High Court dismissed AP government’s petition. These are regular headlines in media in AP every day.

Jagan government has completed 15 months of tenure. Any ruling party in every state fights with their opponents. But unfortunately, YSRCP government is fighting with Judiciary in the state. Almost more than 80 petitions of Jagan government are being dismissed by either High Court or Supreme Court. It seems that Jagan government would complete 100 dismissed petitions in courts. In some cases, same petitions have quashed by two courts separately.

Andhra Pradesh High Court extends status quo till September 21 on three capital issue. Supreme Court was rejected AP Govt’s petition on evacuating High Court status quo yesterday itself. There are around 70 petitions filed in Andhra Pradesh High Court on three capital and related issues. High Court admitted that judiciary is busy in dealing AP government’s orders and issues and unable to look other issues. YSRCP government wants to kill Amaravathi and shift the executive capital to Visakhapatnam as early as possible. Reportedly, YSRCP fixed two dates to move to Vizag. First they want to shift in April and latest was August 16th which also postponed to Dussera because of legal issues. Frustration reaches to peaks to their leaders and cadre every time Courts stop their plan of action. They forget even though 151 seats won governance should run as per constitution. Courts should involve if Governments violates the basic structure of the constitution.

If government developed Amaravathi people remember Chandrababu Naidu not Jagan. But legal and constitutional hurdles obstructed their wish in moving to Vizag. Jagan government has 40 advisors other than ministers in the government. YSRCP leaders and cadre have in wrong assumption that people gave landslide victory in general elections that allows them to do as per their wish. They criticized judges for not getting any judgment in their favor. Their aggressiveness in social media leads to contempt of court in courts. They blindly followed their leader YS Jagan on all issues. YSRCP wants to create opinion that Jagan wants to do more favor to people but courts not allowed them. Shifting of the Amaravathi capital finally becomes herculean task to them because of legal hurdles. YSRCP is doing aimless fight with judiciary in AP.
